GOLF OUTING
The annual Michael H. Wise, II Memorial Golf Outing will be held on June 27, 2020 at Fairview. Download the registration form here. If you would like to reserve a foursome in advance of sending in the registration form, please just send me an e-mail. If you know anyone that would like to sponsor a tee, make a monetary donation or donate a raffle item, please pass along the registration form. Under the golfer’s names, please write e-mail addresses. This will make it easier to contact you for future events. It will also allow me to contact you and let you know your payment was received
If you are not a golfer we invite you to come for dinner or get involved by taking advantage of one of the many sponsorship opportunities available.

Date: Saturday, June 27, 2020
Place: Fairview Golf Course, Lebanon, PA
Tee Time: 1:30 PM – shotgun start
Meals: Lunch from 11:30 – 1:00 and dinner provided upon completion
Cost: $80 per golfer (includes free range balls)
Tournament Format:
- Four-person scramble
- Each golfer receives a commemorative keepsake
- Prizes for the lowest team score, longest drive, closest to the pin
- Deadline for registration is May 31.
